Mama was sitting on the bench in her 'Little Bit o' Heaven' -- That's what she calls her flower garden.

Peanut ran past. When Peanut runs, he sort of flops around. His big feet and ears look like they are going to fly right off!

"Peanut! Come sit by me!" Mama said.

So Peanut jumped up on the bench and said, "Oh, Mama, I love to sit on the bench with you! Let me sit on your lap, please, please, please!"

But all Mama heard was "Yow-ow mmm-mmm Wow-wow!" because Peanut doesn't know how to speak 'Mama talk'.

"He is just too big to sit on my lap! He weighs a ton! And he will NOT stay still..." Mama said.

"But, he did say 'Please, please, please'" I replied.

Peanut stopped squirming. He stuck out his tongue and his eyes started to close as if he were going to sleep!

"Are you okay, Peanut?" I asked.

And I heard Peanut say, "aaah ooooh." which means "Mama is scratching my tail and it feels sooo good! Tell her not to stop..."

"Peanut, I think she understood..."
