This is the story of
Peanut Laughin' at Dad!

This afternoon Peanut ran to check on the fish pool. He climbed into my chair and said, "The fountain is broken! It isn't working!"

"Well, we'd better fix it! I think that the filter is clogged up with leaves and dirt. I will take the filter off and clean it. Then it should work just fine...", I said.

Peanut and I went to the back of the fish pool. I reached over and picked up the fountain and saw that the filter was all stopped up with weeds. Peanut watched while I took the filter and cleaned it. Just as I put the fountain back into the water, it dropped and splashed.

I got wet! Do you know what Peanut did?

He laughed at me! He laughed out loud!
I didn't think that bulldogs could laugh, did you?
