This is the story of
Peanut Gardening...
JEB and the four puppies went exploring.
So there they were: JEB, Sugar, Peanut, Cowboy and trailing along in the rear, the Count!
The Count is the littlest and I don't think that I have ever heard him say anything...
On their way to the garden, they passed the rosemary bush.
Rosemary is one smell that bulldogs just LOVE!
They like rosemary chicken, rosemary beef, rosemary pork, rosemary bar-b-que...
If you want a bulldog to eat something, put rosemary on it.

Peanut said to the Cowboy, "Let's go to the garden. We've already seen the fish!"
And off they trotted.
They played in the tomato plants and in the watermelon patch.
JEB even walked over to the asparagus and tasted the leaves.
JEB pulled up a vegetable and gave it to Peanut to taste...
Peanut tasted it. He made an awful face and spit and spit!
"What was that blucky thing?" Peanut asked JEB.
"Garlic?" JEB guessed.
That was an awful trick to play on poor Peanut, don't you think?
